“We loved this place from the moment we pulled into the parking area. When Angela greeted us in the reception area, we knew it was going to be a special stay. She offered us some team and gingerbread cookies and gave us a quick tour of the facilities. OMG, what a wonderful place. We travel a lot, this place is magical. So peaceful and quiet, we overslept in the morning (very unusual for us). Just lovely. ”

“Check in was easy. Staff went over and above. After I came back to hotel from the Fatima procession I was in extreme pain in my back and the elevator was being cleaned and we were told we needed to use the stairs. I explained I was in pain and the front desk told me I could use the service elevator - my room was on the 4th floor. We also asked for ice in the morning to put in my freezer bag and they gave me twice the amount I needed. Definitely will recommend this hotel. ”
