The Santa Maria condominium complex is near the south end of Fort Myers Beach, right next to Fish Tale Marina and Santini Plaza. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi spa, and a great BBQ area with waterfront views. Our unit (#106) is in the first building along Estero Blvd, just one floor up.
This townhouse condo has two levels with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. When you enter, you are greeted with sunlight from the full wall of windows that face toward Estero Blvd. This feature allows great views of the beautiful Florida sky and a small view Gulf of Mexico.
On the main level is a full kitchen, laundry room with a half-bath, living/dining room, and a spacious screened-in patio. The upper level has two bedrooms, each with an attached full bath. Bedroom 1 features a king bed and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, walk-in shower, desk, and also has a private screened-in balcony! The balcony overlooks a courtyard in the middle of the complex and is a lovely place to unwind.
This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
