Terrible service / shuttle
Terrible I asked the reception in advance about the availability of the airport shuttle bus. I was told every 30 min. When I arrived the airport at 12:00 and waited half hour, nothing came. I call the hotel reception 3 times, and I was told the shuttle will come at 5:30 PM… So be prepared that you only have 33% percent chance to reach the service and at least 50% you will hear a lie. And prepare the euros cash for taxi.

15mins drive to FRA airport, and frequent shuttles are available. There are many nice restaurants nearby + a supermarket right beside it.

酒店的IT系统可能有问题，第一天入住登记的时候换了四次房间，前三次房间都是里面有住客还没有退房，IT系统却显示已经清洁完毕可以check in

一間普通的機場過境旅店
亞洲旅行團很多，早上有點吵雜。尤其是早餐時間，幾乎沒有什麼位子可以坐，需要跟別人併桌。菜色也不是很多種。前台人員服務很好。但去機場的班車時間並不固定。即使提前預訂好了時間還是晚了十分鐘出發。還好時間充裕，但對趕時間的人來說會有點不足。

NH的酒店曾入住幾次，一向都幾好，這次入住時碰到服務態度甚差的女接待員，我訂6人3房，2大床房，1雙床房，竟然安排3間單人房，內裏只有1人用品，交涉時說Hotel.com沒有清楚寫明，態度甚差，但對其它非黃皮膚的有不同面口! 退房時，另一接侍員，友善有禮

Good Experience....
We stay overnight for going easily to the airport the next morning. It has very good location and good shuttle service. We have very good experience with the high quality in the room as well. If you want to enjoy good restaurants, they are very close by .....

酒店不错，服务略死板
因为展会入住该酒店，上午到的，房间已经打扫好了却不让入住，说是一定要等到下午3点。住过各地的酒店也没见过这种情况，起码可以先开一间房让人进去放行李休息吧。不知道是太严谨还是太死板Orz

good enough for one night stay near the airport
Good hotel, free shuttle bus from FRA airport, nice staff at the reception, clean room and shower facility is fine as well. Larger than other NH chains near the airport. The only thing is that they charge fee for shuttle bus, 5 Eur per person return transfer. although not expensive, the other NH doesn't charge that fee.

Flughafennaehe und Flughafentransfer nicht korrekt
wir gelisted als "Flughafennaehe" und "Flughafentransfer". Flughafen ist 15 min Fahrt entfernt und Hoteltransfer nur waehrend restrikteter Zeiten Vormittags und am Abend. Dazwischen muss man ein Taxi fuer EUR 35.00 nehmen. Dann fuer dieses Geld besser in ein Hotel, welches wirklich naeher am Flughafen ist (z.B. in Gateway Gardens). Von dort auch S-Bahn (2 Stationen zum Flughafen) und in die Innenstadt. NH Airport West ist einfach nicht gut gelegen.

Nur noch abreissen hilft.
Am Personal liegt es nicht, das gibt sich eigentlich mühe. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls ganz OK. Aber das Gebäude an sich - da hilft nur noch Abreissen. Dreckige Teppich, Sprünge in Kacheln im Bad, Risse in den Wänden. Keine Ahnung was die Grundlage für das erhalten von 4 Sternen ist - aber mehr als 2 Sterne würde ich für diesen Schuppen nicht vergeben. Ich denke so im Jahre 1990 war das sicher eine tolle Unterkunft...
Zimmer mit Terasse und Aussicht....eigentlich nur frech so etwas.

This is a very modern hotel in the middle of Raunheim (an unexceptional town near FRA airport). It has all the facilities you would want. My room was very comfortable, with a small fridge, a safe and air-conditioning. There's a small swimming pool and a large sauna area. The car park is large, though it was almost full when I was there. Across the road is a Jet petrol station, which is great for rental car refuelling. After many visits, I still find the roads around FRA confusing. So I was glad of my car's nav to get me from the hotel back to the airport.

Kraftstation im kleinen Fitnessraum ist defekt - und dies den daran herunterhängenden Staubfäden nach zu urteilen schon lange. Bei 20 Schliessfächern in der Umkleide ist nur eines benutzbar. Bei den anderen 19 fehlen Schlüssel, weil sie offenbar über die Jahre versehentlich von Gästen mitgenommen wurden. In der Damenumkleide fehlen alle 20. Sehr, sehr positiv: Kostenloses, teilweise gekühltes Wasser zur Erfrischung im Gym. Allerdings: Abgebrochene Fliessen im Wellnessbereich und Roststellen an den Fenstern zeugen insgesamt von einem eher niedrigen Anspruch an sich selbst. Diese Dinge wären mit minimalem Aufwand zu korrigieren. Die Sauberkeit im Gym- und Wellnessbereich ist inakzeptabel. Auf dem Zimmer gab es dagegen keine Beanstandung. Das Restaurant war geschlossen - angeblich wegen Krankheit des Kochs. Gesamteindruck: Das Hotel verfügt über kein Management vor Ort, jedenfalls keines, das seinen Job ernst nimmt. Einige Mängel wären einfach zu erkennen und zu beseitigen. Erreichbarkeit des Flughafens, Einkaufs- und Parkmöglichkeiten sowie Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sind sehr gut und führen zur Aufwertung. Dennoch: In Kenntnis einiger der Mängel hätten wir ein anderes Hotel vorgezogen.

Property is super good staff in the hotel so professional , just one thing the driver of the shuttle bus from airport to hotel is rude , i knew the bus has a white color when i told him is this going to NH hotel he was like ah no no there is another bus .. i felt he has something to do unfortunately he had to work , i was about to miss that bus because of him while i was travelling all night with 5 years kid landed 5 am Frankfurt.. the bus was scheduled at 6:15 he left 6 :13 hope there was no one else who was running to catch the bus ….
