It’s our first time staying at this hotel. The staff are nice & service is good. The traditional Japanese dinner is delicious & breakfast is good too. Onsen is not big but fair enough with this price. We would love to stay here again.

A pleasant stay at this hotel! The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The traditional Japanese room with lake view was as good as expected. The room was spacious and clean. Both breakfast and dinner were served in set with various delicate dishes, giving us a sense of ritual. Both public and private baths were available. Pretty yukata was provided to ladies which have enhanced the overall experience of our stay. In terms of location, it’s located next to the sightseeing boat station and the panoramic ropeway. However, the slope connecting to the main road and the hotel is too steep. Overall, we had a great time here and it’s highly recommended!

不錯的渡假酒店，雖然不是面對富士山，但是對著河口湖，感覺也不錯。公用温泉，面向河口湖，景色怡人，在晚上，一路沉温泉，一路欣賞風暴，非常享受!

The hotel located on the hill in Fujikawaguchiko machi, hotel has provide shuttle bus service to pick up guest. I have booked Japanese style room with river view, there are not able to see Fuji, but river view is nice. I have had Japanese breakfast and dinner in hotel, the taste is good and the meals are so filling. Dinner time is 6:00pm starting, then we finished the meal amd back to my room, the staff have been settled the bed and comforter on the floor. About Hot spring, i think the onsen is not original, my bother said the Onsen water has bleach, he doesn't like here's Hotel Onsen. I think i will not stay this hotel again.
