We even walked about 5 min to a public ice skating rink or 5 min the other way to great restaurants and The Laurel Diner that was delicious. “The house is in a great location in New Rochelle, near to a train station to commute to the city and for family coming in on Amtrak from Boston. The main floor of the house is cozy with a lovely kitchen and lots of seating space. Bedrooms were a nice size and we all felt the beds were extremely comfortable. Shower was really nice, too. The place was immaculately clean and the surrounding property was beautifully landscaped and maintained. Though in the midst of Freeport the neighborhood, like the place, was quiet and pleasant.
