Luxurious new 2 Bedroom with high-end bedding and mattresses consisting of King, Queen and a sleeper sofa. 2 Full Baths with Jacuzzi tub in master, Kitchen with nice appliances, Washer and Dryer, Fireplace, High Speed Internet, HD Flat Screens in LR and all BRs, Private Balcony with mountain views. One of the nicest condos in Pigeon Forge. Close to everything. 100 yards to The Parkway and attractions. 15 minutes to Gatlinburg. If this property is unavailable on the date requested, please also check out property 478799 in the same building.

Nothing special
Clean and comfortable enough, quiet enough, but the furniture is very worn-looking (repair tape on the back of the couch was peeling, for example) neither toilet flushes properly (you have to hold the handle down a few seconds and it still might take 3 tries). We always peel back the sheets before we use a bed, and this mattress cover was so dirty, we decided to wash it in the condo's washing machine; almost all of the spots came out! These were not stained, these were soiled! Gross! The shower floor looked iffy, so I scrubbed it myself. It still didn't look nice. The old lock box is still at eye level on the door, so we were attempting to use the 4-digit code there, before we noticed the keypad by the doorknob. Upon leaving, I messaged the owner that we would not be taking the trash to the dumpster, because there was a major thunderstorm going on just before our check-out time. There was no response.

The mattress on the pull out bed looked like it had blood on it. There appeared to be mold around the doors. I don't know why we have to pay a cleaning fee and the rooms weren't clean.

Wonderful experience
First impression: We were joyful to find carts waiting for us to take our luggage to our unit. Of course, traveling with the grands, we overpacked everything. At that point I told the kids I didn’t care if the inside was a dump (it had been a long drive with lots of traffic backups). The condo was very clean and the outside was well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and extra blankets and pillows were available. Seemed to have a lot available if one was to cook. The outside playground and pools would have been wonderful if we had time to use them. It was very conveniently located and had no trouble getting in and out of the complex even though traffic was heavy this week. We would stay there again.
