Newly renovated one bedroom upstairs apartment in the "Upstairs Downstairs "stand alone two storey duplex.
Overlooking the lush Spalding Golf course from the balcony,and a short stroll to the course for a game, pack your clubs!
Seven minute drive into Geraldton CBD.
Short drive to Geraldton's pristine beaches.
Ideal accomodation for travelling couple,business couple,sales representatives,small family(cot and high chair available on request)single traveler.
Bedding arrangements:
One bedroom with a posturepedic Queen bed and en suite bath room.
The secondary bed is a comfortable Queen sofa .

Comfortable place at a reasonable price point
Had what we needed, the air-con works fine as it was hot as hades when we were in Geraldton. The place is a bit out of the centre, so I wouldn't recommend here unless you have wheels.

Golf Country Week
Perfect location beside the golf course. The suburb of Spalding doesn't have a good rating due to crime however we stayed in the upstairs apartment and the property is fenced and well maintained with parking behind the fencing. Since we found to be a great advantage since we were travelling with sporting equipment. And, the apartment sits on the fringe of the suburb. We had no problems and were very happy with the spacious property and would definitely stay there again. Wth regard to any cleaning, I would suggest that is relative to the cleaners not to the owner and doesn't reflect on the owners. However I do think the owners need to address that with them as the marks on the lounge was a bit off putting. The main large blue lounge needed attention which I did myself. Cheers to Anna for her prompt reply to any messages and questions and her willingness to allow us to check in early if we needed to do so. Fortunately, we didn't need to take advantage of her kindness.

Good short stay
Nicely equipped with most things you'll need, easy check in and out, behind fence parking. Only negative was the our floor (their ceiling) being banged on by people in the downstairs unit the moment we stepped in, apparently we were being noisy even though we just walked around and put some bags down. Also heard conversations and coughing, doors, water runnings etc from the downstairs unit so assume the walls/floors are pretty thin.
