Perfect Base Camp
We rented this condo as our base camp while hiking the Presidential Range in the White Mountains. It was central to everything we needed to get to with enough room for everyone.

Spectacular views. Comfortable condo. Sub-par service
The views are super. The place was pretty clean - there were some spots where the cleaning could have been better. Overall, the property was very nice. However, when we arrived it was night time, there was no hot water and the exterior patio doors were left open (they are double doors). It was a cold windy night and because the exterior patio doors were not properly closed, the curtains were literally blowing around inside from the wind coming through from outside. Unfortunately, we didn't notice the open exterior patio doors until the morning. Although I called the 800 number for the hot water and was assured that someone would call me the next morning to fix the problem, I never was contacted. I waited until 10:00 am (waiting to shower before heading out) and then I thought of checking the electrical breakers, and sure enough, they were shut off. Is it just me, or should that not be something clients should be worrying about? Anyway, like I said, the place was good, the service was not.

Very clean and nice mountain views
Loved the key code access. Made for easy checkin/checkout. It was clean and well kept. Had everything you could need. Loves that towels/sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, sponge and dish soap were included. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Condo - Awful Management Communication
You really can't beat the location and view from this condo! The place was very clean, comfortable mattresses and bedding, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked. Great hot water and water pressure. Parents - the curtains don't block out all light so hang some extra blankets or towels to help your kids sleep! Otherwise a truly amazing place! The only problem we had was with the management company, Vacasa. It felt like a sauna in the condo when we entered, so we turned down all the heaters/thermostats we could find and left for a few hours. Still 80 degrees when we came back, so I called the company and they said someone would come out. About an hour later we thought we had fixed it but weren't sure, so I called again to ask them to please call me to try to talk me through it before coming. No one called or came by the time we went to bed, so we had a rather uncomfortable night. I called again in the morning to report that it was still 80 degrees and to have someone come out. It is now the end of our 4 day stay and I still haven't heard from anyone. Thankfully I was able to google the only thermostat we hadn't been able to figure out and was able to turn down the temperature. The owners here have an amazing place - but if I were them I would think twice about using Vacasa, and I would certainly think twice before staying in a Vacasa property again.

Directions Could Improve
When driving up the directions state to look for Building 5. However, on the building it says Building A. It would have been easier to say turn left and your building is the first one on the left.

late summer rental
hard to find property at night (needs bigger sign that says 'building 5'). overall clean and homely and fully loaded with amenities and resources. wish master bedroom had A/C but family room and children's A/C wall units worked well and fast. Quiet mountainside neighborhood, close to conway, white mountain auto road and many restaurants. >1 hour away from Linclon and Loon mountain.

Perfect location
Family of 5 with a teenager and two boys under 4 we needed space to spread out and be comfortable for a week long stay. This was the perfect home for us and ideal location with amazing views with gorgeous sunsets over the mountains

The property had stunning views and perfectly located to make you feel like you’re in the mountains but still very close to Storyland & downtown North Conway. The kitchen was fully equipped, towels/bedding was crisp and clean and the whole place was spotless. Added bonus for ac in the summer!

Overall, this property is very peaceful and serene. It is a lovely get-away from daily life and the view is amazing! The only negatives were that the housekeeper was still there at 4pm when we attempted to access the property. And she didn't even dust the pollen off the furniture inside the condo or on the deck. Otherwise, the place was tidy and there were plenty of towels for our stay. Another thing to consider is that if you have only adults staying, the spare room isn't set up for a larger person to sleep on the bottom of the bunk bed. One could easily hit their head upon awakening in the night. I considered sleeping on the couch because it seemed more comfortable. All in all, I would probably stay here again because I liked the view and quiet property.

Incredible view and wonderful stay in the mountains
Stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier. The condo was spotless and the view as others have said is truly incredible. We had a few snafus with check in (was hard to find the building and then the code we got be email was wrong, and then we needed to turn on the hot water breaker but didn’t know that at first), but vacasa was fast and helpful with everything. One other thing to note is that there was additional furniture in the space, and it was different from the the photos. It made it feel a little cramped at first until we got used to it. It wasn’t a big problem for two people but would imagine with a bigger group it would be hard to all fit around the dining room table which is currently pushed pretty snugly in the corner. Overall we loved our stay and that view is simply breathtaking. We would return again.

Short getaway
We had a lovely time here. The living room is so comfortable and the view is perfect. Everything was clean, and comfortable. It’s an easy place to relax yet close enough to everything you may like to do. We had a small issue with the freezer and our concerns were addressed promptly.

Week in the White Mountains
The location of the property is excellent for serving as a base for exploration of the White Mountains. I already miss sitting on the front deck soaking up the views of the mountains, watching the weather roll through.

This ski lodge home has been attractively and comfortably modernized by its owner. Its location makes it ideal for summer hiking in the White Mountains. The view of the mountains from the open space living room, kitchen, dining area is wonderful.

Fall Weekend in NH
This condo worked out perfectly for a girls weekend in NH. The condo itself was very clean, well stocked and the views of the mountains were absolutely amazing. One criticism I have is the lack of signage outside of the building. While the units are clearly labeled, it would have been helpful to have a sign on the edge of the driveway labeled it as “5 Mountainview Rd”. We came in at night and it was slightly confusing since we didn’t see the number 5 right away and 2 and 3 came after it. Other buildings on the road were very clearly labeled with signs. The written instructions we were given were slightly confusing as well. All they had to say was “turn left onto Mountainview rd and it will be the first driveway on the right”. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to arrive after dark and we spent a good deal of time driving around trying to figure out where building 5 was until we noticed the very small number 5 on the back of the building. I’m sure other renters have run into this issue especially if arriving in the dark. Aside from that, this unit worked out perfectly for our group and we enjoyed our stay here.

Everything we wanted!!
We loved this place from the moment we arrived. It was clean and smelled nice. It felt homey and welcoming. We never felt like we were staying in someone else's place. Even with everything being just about perfect, the view is by far the best feature of this property. Breathtaking. We would stay again in a heartbeat and I'm already checking dates for our next visit!
