Private: natural state property 4'000 m2 with trees, meadow. Available: boat (extra). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 11 km, railway station "Gnesta" 11 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 515 km, sandy beach "Klemmingsberg" 9 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km. Please note: private mooring.

Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), dining nook. Bath/WC, shower. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds and 1 double sofabed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm). Wooden floors.
