There's nothing like a fun vacation to the Rogue River, and this gorgeous waterfront home is waiting to provide you with the delightful vacation memories you deserve! You'll have two bright and welcoming living spaces to spread out in whenever you're not on the beach, less than a mile from the home. Each space features an open concept, comfortable furniture, and stunning river views right from the living room areas. Stream a good movie or show on one of the large flatscreen TVs, then head outside to savor an icy beverage with good friends on the furnished balcony. You can fire up the private gas grill to enjoy a nice hot-weather barbecue, and the stacked washer and dryer will take care of any stains the kids pick up. The full kitchen features a dining table with seating for four. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have two well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy. The free WiFi will make it easy to research tomorrow's next outdoor adventure or post today's memories to your social media.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful Place!
The place was pretty spot on as pictured! It was honestly bigger than I was expecting so thats always a plus! Only downfall I would say is this place was on the top of a 3-story buildling and there was NO elevator. So we had to carry all of our luggage up and down stairs.. not fun. Instructions for check in were clear and easy to follow but check out was a little confusing. I couldnt find any instructions on what needed to be done when leaving. We made the place as tidy as we could and took out our trash but didnt know what to do about things like the dirty laundry. I also couldnt figure out how to get ahold of someone to figure that out either 🤔 But we did what we could. The place overall was clean other than one pan i found that looked like it was used to cook eggs and thrown back into the cupboard. It was probably just overlooked, no big deal, I washed it.The place definitely needs a few odds and ends updated and fixed as well but nothing major that effects your stay. Lastly I will say be careful with the staircase if you do stay here as one of the steps is like right at head level. My mom unfortunately hit her head on it twice pretty bad so it is a little hazard to beware of. I would definitely chose to come stay here again though! Great views from the deck as well 👏

Comfortable relaxing quiet, unless there is a windstorm of epic proportions. All in all everything we needed and convenient to downtown. Nice view.

Not Rental Ready
Great view and deck. Otherwise this property needs multiple repairs and upgrades. Very soiled and foul smelling carpet. Old refrigerator with mold growing between seal and frame just to identify a couple issues. This was not a cleaning service problem, this is an old and only partially renovated property
