The stay at the hotel was generally okay, but I wouldn't stay there again. The room's functionality was disappointing; the bathroom was outdated, and the sink and toilet didn't drain properly. The shower had good water pressure but sprayed everywhere, creating a mess. The room wasn't very clean, with dirty cups and an unclean electric teapot. We had a view of the Alhambra and a mini balcony; but the views were blocked by metal bars for safety.
Some rooms have elevator access, but others don't, which is inconvenient if you have luggage and need to use the stairs. The hotel isn't accessible by taxi, so be prepared to climb stairs to reach it.
The best part was the location, right at the beginning of the Albaicín area and close to the city center, not too deep into Albaicín.
Hotel staff were nice.
Overall, I wouldn't stay there again. There are better, more upgraded and cleaner hotels nearby.
