酒店接駁巴士班次不多。 酒店前台的辦事速度比較慢，而且凌晨人員不足，只有一個人去應付幾個同時來的旅客。 房間wifi非常慢，所以我都放棄用wifi,改用我的漫遊數據 房間衛生間去水慢且地面非常滑。 最後要讚揚的是酒店附近比較多娛樂場所

We'll be back!
pick up and return to the airport was speedy and efficient. Location provided easy access to market and resturants of great vaiety. The staff was courteous and accomiodatinng. The room had all the amenities, was clean and warm.

Budget friendly hotel with free airport shuttles
I booked this hotel for an overnight stay as I was transitting at Guangzhou Baiyun airport before flying to another domestic destination. Remember to download we chat app & register yourself as a user. Add the hotel contact no on wechat & they will arrange for pickup from the hotel. The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel is about 20mins. The hotel is slightly old but otherwise clean . The hotel also offers complimentary ride to the airport the next morning. Remember to book the time of the ride to the hotel the night before. Breakfast is not provided. Good to have some snacks on hand. Otherwise , the hotel is good value for money for an overnight stay for transit at Guangzhou Baiyun airport.

很抱歉给您带来不好的体验，关于您说的WiFi不好，其实我们酒店的WIFI一直都是很流畅的，只是有些外国手机不支持在中国实用，大部分都是可以使用我们的WIFI的，我们酒店距离白云国际机场10分钟车车程，交通方便，附近吃喝玩乐很多，欢迎您下次光临

First of all, the hotel offer airport pickup and drop off which is great for a budget hotel. But you do have to call once you land because it'll take about 15 min. About the property, once you set the right expectation, then it's a good hotel. Probably best for single travellers or couples on tight budget. At least the bed sheets and towels are very clean!

Polverosa prigione a 2 passi dal nulla.
Unico punto a favore dell'albergo è che si trova vicino all'aeroporto. Se non si è provvisti di auto o non si conosce il cinese per prenotare un bus (gratuito), che porta dall'hotel all'aeroporto e viceversa, è meglio rimanere a dormire in aeroporto. Il personale non conosce l'inglese, tranne l'autista che durante il check-in si puliva le unghie degli alluci in reception comodamente adagiato sul tavolo. Esperienza vicina ad un film di Dario Argento.

O atendimento no check in foi péssimo. No início não havia funcionário que falasse outra lingua que não a local. Faltou luz no prédio por problema interno e ficamos aguardando o restabelecimento da energia. Finalmente apareceu um funcionário que falava inglês. Ele disse que não encontrava a minha reserva e mostrei então o email do Hoteis.com. Ele achou finalmente o registro e o check-in se encerrou.

Consider before booking
We decided to book the hotel because we thought we can stay in a comfortable hotel for late flight . But taxi driver refuse to fetch us as the location is too near to the airport. Secondly , the hotel overall is super dirty , no disposable slipper provided , no mineral water . The shower water is super hotel *can't adjust And the toilet cannot flush . Floor and carpet is super dirty and is towel is yellow . I will never consider to come back again .

My reservation was never in their system once I arrived and had to pay again in cash because I guess they are not on the same page with Hotels.com. I showed them my room reservations and payment confirmation but they had no information of that in their system.
