公寓还是超乎想象的好，很舒适，每个房间都有空调，有个小阳台可以晾衣服，有个小滑梯，小孩子很喜欢。不过客厅的空调开大风的时候声响很大，建议去修一下。

住宿位置於訂酒店的地點不同，不好找。到步後找不到位置，要打點話聯絡屋主，才以微信通知地點，十分不方便

你好，不是位置不同，因为您定了房只会显示我们注册地址，不会显示您住哪套房，我们是公寓，不是酒店，不是一栋楼都是我们一家，保利四栋楼都有客房，所以预定后必须提前联系，否则你肯定不会知道要去哪栋楼哪号房入住。

The name in internet is hotel, but when I check in I found it is homestay. And the water too slowly in the bathroom.

It is apartment hotel, like home. Feet for more people. Water too slowly due to property company fix the feed piping when you use water .

Great location in the sense that it’s quite close to a metro station (Hanxi Changlong, 5 min walk) and is surrounded by local restaurants, fast food joints, cafés, and small grocery stores. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a small kitchenette, washing machine, and microwave. Bathrooms is small but properly equipped. The housekeeping is very good too. Special kudos to the owner who is very helpful, responsive, and English-speaking. He went out of his way on several occasions to help me with this and that.

Great location cozy size and homey building, very quite, modern style amenities great for single person trying to experience China on a budget, dont expect 5star hotel but for the value definitely allot of bang for your buck, daily housekeeping is a bones every time you come back to your room its super clean, very safe i had my personal things out all the time. Owner very communicative and has many units to accommodate, this is a plus if you try to stay additional days it doesn’t become a problem. Over all the value is excellent and the place is good. If your looking for a budget option this is excellent.
