不满意:清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施
On the property website it listed a refrigerator as 1 of the amenities that we’d have. Upon arrival there was no fridge there. We inquired about it & were told we’d have 1 put in our room. We didn’t get it till our last night there. Also we asked the front desk person to waive our 1st night because we arrived very the next morning & he agreed only for another person to say that wasn’t the case & start aggressively send us messages that we must pay in order to stay the duration we initially planned for. Just overall poor management & communication.
