“Breakfast terrible, old room smelling cigarette and founded insects. Old carpet. Bathroom smells. Never back to the España hotel.”

“The stay would have been so much better if staff at the desk were helpful. Upon check in, the staff were unwilling to help with information about transport into the old city, other than to say take a tram or taxi. I was looking for me details like where to get the tram from and the cost, but the man did not help further, just handed me a map. I later asked for directions to somewhere I could get food and was told just go up the road and you should find something (i didn’t). I wouldn’t stay here……

Hij reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen en heeft ons, zoals afgesproken, netjes opgehaald van het vliegveld. Ze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Een speciale dank gaat uit naar Mevlida. Wat een geweldige vrouw! Ze heeft ons tijdens ons verblijf met van alles geholpen en was altijd vriendelijk en betrokken.……
