Look for a nice spot to sit, close your eyes and get lost in the sound of the water lapping at the shore at English Beach. If you need a dose of sun and sea, this is the place to get your fix.
This stretch of coastline is on the to-do lists of many travelers to Hanamaki. But English Beach isn't the only drawcard in the area. Kenji Miyazawa Memorial Museum, Hanamaki-onsen Rose & Herb Garden, and Kiyomizu-dera Temple are some other interesting attractions close by.
