不满意:清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
We stayed a week and were supposed to get refresh service every two days. We were told this included changing garbages, exchanging linens, and making the bed. This was not done without us making numerous requests to get it done. Staff do not appear to be cleaning much of anything. Stairs and walkways were dirty with hair and other debris. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit; after having black bananas out for a few days they did switch it to oranges. There seemed to be plenty of staff in the kitchen but the breakfast display lacked and customers had to ask for basic things. One positive was the fitness facility had a variety of free weights and machines which were in working order. We did request a call from the manager but never received one.
