“Nice and quiet hotel ”

“We booked knowing this was an old property, and we wanted it for that reason. The room in the older building did look a little tired, and the balcony was run down and tired, but it had lovely views. What I didn't know and what detracted from enjoying the balcony, was the loud music that came from below us and lasted until 11:00 p.m. I called the hotel and was told the music "usually ends" around 10:00-10:30 p.m. So, by 10:45, I called again and was told that he would contact the bar. “Some rooms facing the interior main lobby can be noisy at night when they have special events going on. Other than that, the rooms are really comfortable, including the bed and with good amenities. Restaurant food is good and the prices are reasonable. The staff members are really welcoming. Great stay overall.”
