“Perfect stay other than staff when checking out! Asked to link to Hilton rewards and she told me I couldn’t due to booking through Expedia (rudely) although multiple of other hotels have done it in the past. ”

“It was fine overall… We had a one bedroom room, so that was pretty nice. Although the pullout sofa bed was not the most comfortable thing in the world. Breakfast was nice. Pretty inconvenient parking situation and our piece of paper we used to get out didn’t work so we had to park and go all the way back through the maze to get into the hotel lobby again… Really not the greatest set up especially when something goes wrong :-(”

“My daughter and I stayed here to attend a concert in the area. We were hoping to be able to check in to the hotel and freshen up after traveling before heading to the venue. When we arrived at 5:40pm there was nobody at the desk to check us in. We rang the bell and waited several minutes. Since we were already running behind schedule, we decided we couldn’t wait any longer. We found the public restroom to clean up and change clothes before loading our stuff back in the car and heading to……
