Marketing makes this place look like a million bucks! Reality is they are going thru renovations & the renovations have been done are by elementary or extremely inexperienced contractors & the Hotel hasn't done it's due diligence to check the units before putting guests in them. No irons, no coffee makers, no towel racks in the bathroom, shower wall not sealed & floods bathroom, upside down toilet paper holder, shower heads installed improperly, a/c doesn't cool, refrigerator doesn't cool, etc. When complained staff was friendly & helpful but, the work was so poor there's nothing they can do. Maintenance guy overwhelmed & knows about the problems so, that means upper management doesn't care. When asked for the GM at checkout. He/she never bothered to come out. Sent the marketing guy who was wonderful & helped soften the blow. 1-10 only because the staff minus the GM was great. Stay Away from this place.
