We were able to check in early which I really appreciate that but when we arrived the hot tub was off and not clean. The cover to the hot tub needs to be replaced. A huge amenity I look for when picking out a vacation home is a hot tub. I was very disappointed to arrive and not be able to use the hot tub our first night. “This is the cutest little beach cabin I have ever seen. It has had a bit of renovation, keeping the beach cabin vibe. The view is terrific, but you may need sunglasses while making breakfast. (There is a window shade...) There are huge opening windows in the front of the cabin, giving it an open-air feeling. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the Murphy bed was very comfortable. The kayaks are in good condition and so are the life jackets. We are going to make our way back here again. My……

“Two weeks at this nice property. Even with the rain we had it was snug. Enough beautiful days to feel how lovely this area is. Close enough to Key Center for groceries, hreat Mexican restaurant in Home, nice beach state park at Joemma park. Very nice stay.”

The pictures are good but wait til you see it in person! The owner is so generous and excellent communication. “The property was very accessible and fit 4 adults quite well. It was nice and warm with the heater on and beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was the wood stove. The wind was blowing the smoke back into the bus. Maybe a rotating exhaust shield on the exterior top counteract the wind. Otherwise, no complaints! Would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“What an amazing VRBO. Lake Cushman is absolutely beautiful and this house is designed to showcase the beauty of the area. Tons of things to do in the house, arts and crafts, tons of DVDs, walking sticks, umbrellas, even a rain jacket and robes. We loved having access to the kayaks (bring proper gear as the water is very cold), the kitchen is all upgraded with very nice appliances as with the bathrooms.
