Top Notch VRBO Host
What can I say? This host was very responsive and understanding of our needs. We had a large group needing to stay near NRG for a weekend event and this was perfect. Great neighborhood with quick access to NRG. Most other hosts of houses we were looking at were condescending and basically talked us out of staying with them. We appreciate this host a lot for letting our group enjoy our short trip in Houston. Thanks again!!

Loved our stay!
What started out as a fun family break turned into a natural disaster refuge situation and we needed to stay longer due to our power being down at our home in Memorial. Erica was so nice to let us stay longer! She was so understanding and wonderful! The home is super cute and very clean. Its a mid century modern style with adorable decor. The super cool pool table and swimming pool was tons of fun for our whole family!! My teenager loved it. Everything was perfect!!! 5 stars all around!!

My birthday weekend!!
Erica was the best!! The house was amazing it fit everyone perfectly!! I had my friends and family come in town for my birthday weekend and we can not stop talking about that weekend.. this is where we will always stay if Erica is the host and running things. Due to everyone flights having different departure times she let us have a later check out (so sweet of her). 1000/10 thank you Erica you are the best DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK

Great property!
Family of 7 getting together for a long weekend celebrating a college graduation. House is perfect for a group or a family. We loved the layout. The master sheets were the most comfortable sheets I have slept on in perhaps my whole life!! Pool was a lot of fun. Lots of seating areas so we were able to spread out whenever we wanted. We had a couple hiccups the very first day but Erica our host was Johnny on the spot and had such fantastic communication and handled our issues without hesitation! That makes all the difference in a VRBO stay… having a great host who is quick to respond and actually cares is priceless, thank you Erica!! I highly recommend this property.. great layout, thoughtful amenities and great location… minus crazy Houston traffic of course lol!!! We would totally stay again!!

Wedding weekend
Rented the house for the pool. On check in was noticed that pool was unable. And there is a hole in the deck. Renter wamted to give me a free night..lol. just credit me a night.. never heared back. First night we heard something scratching in the walls. And ine of the smoke alarms needed a new battery.. Would not recommend this place. Not well kept.

Erica is an AMAZING host! The home is beautiful!
First and foremost I’d like to say the host, Erica is so professional and she responded to every question or concern I had quickly. The home was very nice and clean. The back yard is HUGE! Oan the location is so ideal. Will definitely book again!!!
