I found out Expedia charged $100 more than if I had just made the reservation directly with the park and Expedia would not refund the difference. If you stay in a duplex cabin you have to share the picnic area instead of having your own"

"This home was clean, cozy, and had everything you needed from kitchen/dinnerware to loads of entertainment. It’s the perfect stay for families with tons of movies to choose from for a movie night, board games galore, coloring books, a toy box filled with train tracks to keep the little ones busy, and a huge yard with so many outdoor games to play. Would recommend again and again! It’s near Montauk State Park and not far from Canoe Rentals making it the perfect getaway for outdoor loving families. The owners were great to work with!"

"Small and old but is clean and has pretty much all necessary amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, continental breakfast, wifi, iron, hairdryer. Beds are too old and make tons of noise. Mattresses are too soft. But overall we were happy with our stay here."
