“Super easy to access the property. Randy provided easy to understand details for everything we needed to know for getting in and using the pool etc. The kitchen was very well stocked and had all sorts of utensils, serving items, tableware, and appliances...everything we needed. The pool cover was a big bonus. Very easy to operate and so helpful for keeping our young children safe. We loved the pool, exploring the property, and trips into town for treats at Bob's Frozen Custard. Hope to return! ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The River Place. It fit our extended family's needs for space and amenities. Access to the river was definitely a plus as our young children spent a lot of time enjoying fishing, swimming, rock collecting and just enjoying our time together. The house was well equipped and a surprising find. Highly recommend! ”

“We stayed here for a bachelorette party and to go on a float trip. The property was nice, clean, and as described. There’s plenty space and bathrooms! It is helpful to know there is no cell phone signal or WiFi in this area. The fridge is not the best so I would recommend bringing plenty of ice and coolers. Overall it was an excellent stay!
