“Came for 3 days to visit Cornell with my daughter and this home was perfect. Small, yet not lacking anything, rustic but lacking none of the modern tech. The backyard waterful, fire pit and views are worth the stay alone. Would definitely stay again.”

“This apartment was a good base to spend a few days for us to explorie the wider Finger Lakes region. This included Watkins Glen and Robert H. Treman State Parks, Cornell Botanic Gardens, Corning Museum of Glass and a couple of winery visits. You need a car to get to shops, etc., and we would recommend the nearby Gimme Coffee in Hanshaw Road and we wish we had discovered the more distant GreenStar Food Co+op in Cascadilla St a bit earlier (the nearby TOPS supermarket wasn't particularly……

“For someone with mobility issues this property would not work, but for anyone else this place is exceptional. With a beautiful layout that is thoughtfully furnished, immaculately clean, extremely well equipped, and ideally located both for convenience and aesthetics it met or exceeded all of our expectations. Our family group of nine, six adults and three small children, were very comfortably accommodated during our 3-day stay, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The wonderful memories we took……

“This house was just right. It has 5 well spaced big bedrooms, and important to note a king bedroom and bath on the ground floor. The house was spotless and uncluttered. Each room had a fan and plenty of extra blankets and towels. One of the bedrooms is an apartment right off the kitchen. My son enjoyed this having this be very private. The outdoor porch was peaceful. All around great house”

“Students in my lab and I stayed here while attending a conference at Cornell, and then my family of 3 stayed afterwards over the weekend. We really enjoyed it because it was conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood close to Cornell and everything we wanted to do, with plenty of street parking just in front. It’s 10 minutes or less walking to Ithaca falls, Cascadilla gorge trail that goes up to Cornell and College town, a couple of restaurants, Ithaca bakery, and a couple of really close……

“Check in and out was super easy, which was great because our flight arrived late in the evening. I forgot earplugs but I didn't need them. A quiet neighborhood! We walked to get coffee, breakfast, and dinner. Only 5 minutes from where the graduates lived so it helped our family coordinate comings and goings between events.”
