With only a very short walk to Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, a wadding pool for toddlers, communal BBQ perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large grassed area for the kids to play.

Unit 26 is furnished with air-conditioning to the living area and main bedroom.

This unit sleeps 6 guests, the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 2 x Singles.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied - sheets, towels & bathmats.

Sorry No Pets - any breach of this condition will incur a one hundred dollar pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

The Seafront Estate has parking for 2 cars.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

- Note we Cannot rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
