“I visit Japan regularly and noticed a few bad reviews on this location so I’d thought I’d give my two cents. Location is awesome. It’s a very vertical apartment so if you are elderly I don’t suggest it. The AC wasn’t a problem, you just have to figure out how to work it. The Top floor is tall enough to stand up in and I’m 5’10. Can’t think of many negatives. If I lived in Tokyo full time this would be an apartment I wouldn’t mind living in long term. ”

“This was a very nice place to stay. It is in a good, quiet district with very nice restaurants only a few minutes walk from the house. There is a very good restaurant called Soba Maruka only a couple hundred feet away. On top of that the train station was very easy to get to, so we could go pretty much anywhere in Tokyo without renting a car. Overall a very good place to stay for a good price.”

“Perfect size for a family of 5. Great location, close to plenty of local shopping, food and train stations all around made it easy to commute around.”
