“They claimed “full service”. There are absolutely NO amenities. Restaurant, pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room… NOTHING. Even though we prepaid the room on Expedia, they charged my credit card for the room a second time. They would not refund my second charge until while left standing at the desk, they sent someone to the room to see if I stole anything (after freezing an unreasonable $400 damage deposit). ”

“We enjoyed our short stay and planning to go back. We look forward to trying the restaurant, however, was closed due to holidays. ”

“Honestly, we were lucky to get their last room they had available. The parking is great and Nicole offered up a part of their own home for us to store some valuables from the back of our truck. Nicole is a fantastic host and made us feel great offering to go to the ends of the earth in service.”

“My review is similar to many here. The property is in the midst of a renovation. The rooms they rent are all completely renovated, clean and comfortable. But as yet, there is no elevator. My room was on the 3rd floor. The hallways were clear, but it’s clearly a construction zone. The parking was secure, but a bit unconventional. Your key card unlocks the door, then you have to slide it open, drive in, and close it behind you. But it was nice to have my car warm and secure. ”
