"We stayed one night and realized that the air conditioner was frozen up with ice. I sent a text to the manager about it and he responded within a couple minutes. He came right over to take care of it. Very prompt and polite. The only negative thing was we found a dirty sock in the bathroom under the floorboard radiator that was not ours. It’s not really that big of a deal but seemed kind of gross at the time. We just threw it in the trash. Over all, the room was older but clean. The management was amazing! No complaints about him! "
