“Room was not cleaned properly when I checked in; there were peanuts lying around on the desk (from previous guest I presume). Sound insulation between the rooms is less than average. In addition, the hallway is quite noisy.”

“整體不錯, 交通方便, 近倫敦柏丁頓車站, 地鐵、火車都方便, 就是浴室細了點, 肥胖身材可能有困難, 入住時, 最好先帶沐浴露及洗髮水.”

“The room was clean , a little old fashioned and slightly tired but we loved it, four poster bed was very comfy, lots of chairs so our friends could have tea with us . Good tv in right place. Plenty of plug sockets , hot shower. Replenished our tea and coffe when requested. Towels available , toiletries and tissues. Lovely view from window , quiet and curtains good so nice and dark. Staff kind , helpful and curtious . One small problem bathroom bin had not been emptied so told reception . Would……
