This Town house is in Kinsale town itself so there will be no need to get taxis anywhere in the town, the nearest pub and restaurant is 15 second walk away.

Please enter the correct amount of guests staying as the price is based on this.

This properties check in and check out times are better than nearly every other property in Kinsale.

The house has recently been refurbished in February 2018 to high end level from top to bottom, it has had a new fitted kitchen and applicances, 4 brand new bathrooms suites and tiled fully, brand new flooring and curtains throughout.

All the furniture in the house is new from March 2018

Kinsale marina is a 30 second walk away , so you can use that as a location, you can walk to everywhere in the town from this property, no taxis needed.

Beautiful relaxing stay
We had a wonderful stay. It was a great location with an easy 5 minute walk into the main area of the city. The rooms were spacious and we were especially glad to use the washer/dryer in the middle of our 2 week holiday. Thank you again!

Christmas in Kinsale
This property was wonderful. There were 9 of us. Ages ranging from 13 to 80. Teenage boy had his own room which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was very workable as we made Christmas dinner. Restaurants were closed on Christmas. The Christmas tree was an added plus. Kinsale is very walkable and safe. We were close to everything. Had a little problem finding the house. If you put White Lady Hotel in your GPS it is directly across the street.

Beautiful, quiet, great location!
This house is a gem! The location is great for walking everywhere in Kinsale. It is 3 stories and very quiet. You cannot hear noise from floor to floor. Everything is updated and nicely appointed. We only had 5 adults staying, so it was very spacious for us! We had a little trouble finding it, but we contacted the host easily and got great information for finding it. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great vacation and a lovely place to stay!

Location was the best part of this stay. Property was clean but pillows were old and flat, instructions for operation of heating/power missing and be prepared to bring all cleaning supplies/ shampoo etc. as nothing is furnished. By the way internet information supplied in check in was incorrect.

Comfortable and convenient.
Very comfortable home, clean and nice linens. Centrally located, it’s an easy walk to everywhere. The street is very narrow and made us Americans a bit nervous! We made it fine and was able to find a parking spot in front of the house. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee available and washing machine detergent. The first thing we had to do was go the store. But, as my friend pointed out this is a VRBO, not a bed and breakfast! Very nice stay and highly recommend.

Perfect stay for big group
We loved our stay in Kinsale. One of our favorite spots in Ireland. The house is very nice and spacious. We had 10 adults and 5 kids, and we all slept comfortably. Very walkable to all spots in Kinsale and there’s a few restaurants right across the street. I think the listing itself is incorrect, as we did not have the correct house number and had to call the host to find it. We were close, but a few blocks away. All around great stay.

Great location!
We had a great stay, it suilted our needs perfectly. I would not recommend the house for young children as there are lots of steps and not really any place to play. This was not an issue for us as our children are older and we had fun being able to walk and explore the town.
