“pathetic maintenance. Looks like they dont care and the management doesnt seem to bother. following were unacceptable conditions in the room. 1\. The kettle was missing the spout and when i tried to pour hot water into the cup it spilled all over. 2\. the hair blower was burnt out (i guess) as it was not working. 3\. I wanted to ask the room service to replace and the phone was dead. 4\. the safety lock was locked again I couldn't get to call to fix it. 5\. Upon walking to the reception, I could……
