Recommend for stay in KL
Location is good, very near to shopping malls and eating places. It is also near MTR station. Staffs are helpful. The room is nice with 3 beds for the family.

地理位置适合游客，就在阿罗街，吃饭是非常方便，就是价格会比其他地方稍贵，毕竟是游客的区域在商业区。

本次入住13樓，房間很大，也提供1~3個萬用插座，床鋪很乾淨軟硬適中，非常好睡，枕頭也提供軟硬枕頭4個，服務員也非常有禮和善，整體而言是間很不錯的飯店，唯一不足的是只有提供2條浴巾且過舊不太乾淨，介意者可自備毛巾。

冷氣不知道為什麼一直只能開在22度~關掉會悶~開了又很冷。另外房間燈光有點暗~比較好的是床頭有附類似手電筒的燈照，但如果習慣睡前滑手機的人就會覺得燈光不行

2019年4月份已付款租住家庭三人房間，但6月26日抵達時大堂人員表示已沒有家庭房，只能住在兩人房內。及後差額未能退回，有欺詐之嫌。 床單及枕頭套很不整潔，有血漬及黑印 全身鏡及廁所鏡很多指模及水漬 紙巾用完不會更換 黑色水杯內有黑漬 擺放毛巾的掛架已爛未有修整 地下有很多食品殘餘物 房間內的房卡無顧失蹤，在大堂投訴未被理會，只再派發房卡 但保安人員禮貌很好，令人開心

地點非常方便，樓下就是熱鬧的亞羅街，半夜不用怕餓。 早餐簡單美味，也很推薦平時用餐 某天我逛街累了，就回飯店點手工披薩，好吃且不貴。 房間簡單乾淨，就價格來說是超值的。

convenience to night market
there is a famous Alor street night market nearby the hotel, so easy to find food and shopping. However, I booked 3 persons and Hotels.com show me that I can have 3 breakfast, but hotel told me that only 2 breakfast offered and I need to pay additional for my 8 yrs girl. I think hotel needs to pay more attention for the reservation details!

飯店地點就在亞羅街，樓下就是黃亞華餐廳，吃東西很方便，附近是捷運站吉武免登站，走路五分鐘就可以到，周圍有很多商城百貨，還有不少印度餐廳，第一次品嚐了印度菜，還不錯吃。飯店設施新潮，年輕的設計。環境乾淨，舒服。早餐的種類不多，但是基本的牛奶，麵包，沙拉水果，粥，都有。還可以接受。下次來吉隆坡也會繼續入住

The room was very run-down. The bathroom, in particular, was not clean; it felt very grimy. The towels were not clean. The floor (hardwood) was dirty. We kept having to ask for toilet paper. The TV had a bad reception for local channels and offered no streaming services. Good location for food, if you're after street food from Jalan Alor, otherwise-- stay elsewhere.
