“Gran hotel, el servicio es insuperable. Todo el staff es súper amable y siempre al pendiente. El concierge te ayuda a todo desde reservar para una cena hasta conseguir los ski pass para los lifts. Te brindan un servicio de shuttle que te lleva y trae a todas partes de la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro y tan solo al salir por la puerta de los lockers de skis , estás en el área de lifts. ”

“L'hôtel est bien placé en pleine nature tout en restant facilement accessible depuis le centre de Courchevel. Magnifique. La yourte est incroyable.”

“La suite (plutôt appartement) est grande L’ambiguïté est de savoir si on est dans un hôtel ou une résidence d’appartements ? Ce n’est pas très clair sur le site et sur place … Un peu déçu si on croit venir dans un hôtel 4 étoiles (à la vue du prix) mais bel endroit pour passer une semaine qui n’est pas une cage à lapin) ”

“Strategic location, ski in/out and walking distance from 1850. Staff are great, doing whatever it takes to serve guests, all of them with no exception: the always smiling guy at entrance, receptionists, manager, ski shop staff, lobby cafe, breakfast, and especially the concierge man. Ski rental shop in the same building. Old styled building still using Keys :) Booked the classic room mountain view: Room size is good for 3 days stay with no ski gear in - the cubic corner shower is very small……

“We visited Hotel Savoy in Meribel in mid March for a three night ski trip. The hotel is located absolutely in the centre of Meribel , a short walk from thew Tourist office which has an escalator which allows you to access a is run into the main Chaudanne ski area. You need to look carefully how to ski back to the same escalator the first time you try it. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel itself was very pleasant although this is Meribel and you do not get a lot of room……

“Hotel Le CouCou is a wonderful property! The room was so spacious and comfortable and every detail wasn't missed! The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! The staff at reception and breakfast area were only ok... but the shuttle drivers were beyond kind and helpful. ”

“Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. ”

“The hotel is well maintained despite amenities seems a bit older in the bathroom, with the room equipped with kettle. We were provided with chocolate egg and madelines as welcome candies & snack, which is a nice touch. ”

“The hotel has a restaurant that promotes shows everyday. It disturbs many rooms next to the restaurant. Many guests complain but management does nothing. Rooms are really small. Very small bathrooms. All in all accommodations are uncomfortable. Difficulty in tempering the water. Ski in and out is at a very difficult to access location. Staff is great, though, everybody puts an effort in trying to make your stay better, but the hotel itself was very disappointing. Despite the excellent staff……
