“We stayed here last week and it was overall a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the space and will return! Pros: -The house was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. It would be crowded for more people due to the narrow shape of the space but for us it was perfect. -Location is steps from public beach access and since it's farther away from the massive condos, our section of beach was less crowded. Quick walk to Walmart, gas stations and food. -Property managers were very communicative and……

“Teri is an exceptional host! She thought of everything one might need while away from home. She communicates constantly, ensuring that all is well and is readily available to answer questions. The Blue Pearl is fantastic and very comfortable to dwell in. Location is ideal, overlooking part of the golf course and a very short walk to the beach. Lots to do in PCB. Highly recommend this property.”

“Did a big family get together from two states and this house was great!! Big table in dining room and large gathering areas for good time together. Watercolor amenities were great, especially with young kids. Had an issue with hot water at arrival that was promptly fixed. Did have a broken coffeemaker midway through our stay. Someone came to confirm it was broken but never returned to replace. Not a huge deal as there are great coffee shops nearby. Overall an excellent stay!”

Crystal went above and beyond to accommodate our stay after a terrible experience with my original oceanfront condo with mold. We were unable to stay in the unit for safety reasons. “The house was great, very nice, well stocked, and was plenty big for our party. There was even a place for us to play Pictionary. The pool is very nice. In a quiet neighborhood. The only downfall for us was the location, the drive to the beach took us around 30 minutes or longer depending on traffic.”

“This property was amazing! We were attending a wedding at Edgewater and didn’t want to be too far away. This 3 bedroom was perfect. The Villa was beautiful and clean, and had everything you could need for your stay. The wall of windows in the front room and front bedroom made for a great view. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great location- very easy to enjoy beach and Rosemary Beach town. We had issues getting pull out bed to open and woke up every morning stuffed up, think place needs a good deep cleaning and check filters.”

“Alot of walking from parking garage then had to go through the crosswalk but at least it was covered then the room we were in was on the 14th floor so it was a lot of walking but overall the ocean and beach view was amazing”
