Beautiful new and apartment complex. Our apartment is on the ground floor with a patio that has direct access to the BBQ grill and swimming pool.
It has all the modern conveniences you could need with a kitchen that even includes a washer/dryer.
The bedrooms have block out blinds which is perfect for a great night's sleep.
Uncapped WiFi and a Smart Android TV gives you access to hours of viewing pleasure.
We also provide boardgames for hours of entertainment for the kids and adults.
Nivica is down the road from Calypso beach and literally 7 minutes from the Mykonos Casino and Resort, which has day access to various watersport activities and adventures.
Langebaan lagoon is 15 minutes from the apartment and you can go Kitesurfing, Standup PAddling, Kayaking, jetskiing, etc.
