Location was great and condo was clean. Parking is an issue since we didn’t get to park in the garage. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

Great Time at LLV
The Condo was nice. It could have used a little more in the kitchen , like coffee or even just coffee filters. The only other think was I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to use the underground parking. Last time I stayed I was able to use the underground parking. It was a long ways to walk in the heat each time I had to go to the garage.

Vegas Golf Trip
The room was as advertised. It was clean, easily accessible and ready on time. The Lake Las Vegas community was perfect! Quiet and away from the strip. There were a few restaurants and a grocery store open in the "mall" area. We did not go in the pool, although it looked fabulous. Golf at Reflection Bay was good, though the course could have been in better shape. The starter told us they were getting tons of play due to other course closures. Still, a Jack N. signature course should be in great shape no matter what. Greens were sketchy and some fairways needed help....We played TPC Las Vegas and it was FABULOUS! enough said. The locale of Lake Las Vegas was great. Easy to get to Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, etc. The room had older fixtures and carpet but everything was clean and everything worked, i.e. fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. We would stay again.

Good overall stay!
Nice condo, clean with a good view. Communication with the property manager was easy and fast. Only downside was the lack of supplies in the unit for cooking. Absolutely zero spices or condiments. We also had a buy a pan for the oven. We spent 2 weeks at the condo and overall were very happy and comfortable and would stay again.

please double check conditions of furniture and cabinets. one of the bar stools (close to the wall) back support is loose, very unsafe and glass cupboard above fridge is missing.

Perfect place for a relaxing family vacay
The condo is clean and equipped with everything we needed for a week stay. We’ve been to LLV 5 times in the past few years and always enjoy the quiet and resort amenities. The village is just enough, ur we also drive around a bit to other sights. The condo was comfortable, clean, and was easy to book. Raymond was very responsive to all my questions. We will definitely come again.

Nice quaint getaway
Check in was so effortless thanks to Raymond our host who provided easy instructions upon arrival. Condo was nice and clean very comfortable for my husband and myself. It was nice to be right at the lake and above restaurants, and bars. Nice hidden gem! Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful location, kitchen lacking
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Both the unit and the building were spotlessly clean. The property is beautiful with many fine touches that we appreciated. Views are lovely and the proximity to the lake is a big plus. Sadly the village is mostly unoccupied, with only 2 bars, 2 sweets locations ( a gelato store and a chocolate store), a handful of restaurants, and a small market. The market is not a full service grocery, and you'll be looking at a 15-20 minute drive into Henderson and about a half-hour to downtown Vegas, so be prepared to drive if you want access to more amenities. Parking close to the condo is very sparse, so those with limited mobility may wish to consider another location. If you don't mind a short walk from a nearby parking garage, though, there are plenty of spaces there. The condo was nicely furnished with a lovely deck for soaking up the sun. The bed was dreadfully uncomfortable, though! Very hard. A new mattress or a topper of some kind would go a long way towards making this a more comfy place to stay. We were most disappointed with the kitchen. While there are plates, glasses, and silverware, along with a pan or two and a Keurig-style coffee maker, there is little else. You could have made a meal, for certain, but the other thing lacking was ANY foodstuffs. Not that we expected a stocked fridge, but in nearly a decade of staying in vacation rentals, this was the first time we've ever found the kitchen completely void of basics like salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, sugar, etc. One needs a few items to prepare even the most basic of meals, and to have to buy all of that for a few days' visit seems a waste. Had the mattress been more comfortable and the cupboards not quite so bare, we'd have given this a 5-star rating. The check-in was friendly and the property management representative we worked with, Raymond, was very gracious. Though we did not need him during our stay, I feel confident that had a need arisen, we would have been well cared for. With a few extra touches, we would happily return to this location!

The shops a vacant and that was disappointing and the casino was closed down. The areas was lovely and like a wonderful retreat.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week and found the place to wonderful - it was spotless, very pleasantly and comfortably furnished, quiet, and in a location that was easy to get to. Our host, David, was welcoming and very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if it is available.
