Welcome to D's Retreat. Your home away from home, fully stocked. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Designed to accommodate your needs if your visiting family, attending a graduations, traveling nurses, or in town for business. We are located just 5 miles away from Fort Sill, 7 miles from Cameron University. Grocery Stores and eateries are within a mile from the house. Safe, quite, and quaint neighborhood.

Excellent Host and Property
My wife and I stayed at this home, it was in the area of my sons duty station. The property was exactly as described and super clean! Kitchen was well equipped as described for our stay, we cooked and ate most meals at home. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, seriously it was amazing! Bathrooms all had enough linen and many spares in the cabinet. The washer and dryer was a nice touch to do laundry before heading home. Host was very helpful and provided all the necessary information promptly. She was even nice enough to allow us to check in a few hours early due to some unplanned travel rescheduling, that was fantastic! Overall a great host and a great property, 5 out of 5 stars!

Fort Sill graduation
We rented this home to attend our daughter’s graduation from basic training. It was great to bring her back and make a home cooked meal for her. It was close to everything from stores,eateries, etc.

Amazing Experience!!
My stay experience was amazing! Dianna was amazing through out our whole stay! Its located 15 minutes from Fort Sill. Our newest member of the Army graduated and she was ao understanding about the crazy schedule that we had to comply with. The house was perfectly located by a grocery store and very clean! The backyard is fenced in so the kiddos can run around. Over all the stay was perfect. Thank you so much! 💓

Perfect Family Day Retreat!
This house was even better than advertised. Dianna is the best host we've had on VRBO. She communicated promptly and was extremely considerate of our needs as a military family. She made sure we could be fully focused on our time with our soldier. Our daughter loved the house and had a great time just chilling out and catching up with us. She wanted a home-cooked meal so the setup was perfect. Since the weather was good, we enjoyed hanging out on the patio and grilling. The house was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Overall the absolute best experience.

Putting Cremains in the Ground
Dianna's retreat is super-clean and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. We only stayed 3 nights so didn't need laundry, but everything one could need was there. Lighting in the living room was a bit lacking, but that's just personal preference and we adapted. It was fabulous to have a working propane BBQ grill and table large enough to seat 6 -- family members who stayed in another location came for dinner one night and it was good fun! I loved sitting on the patio in the cool morning. All-in-all, highly recommended. Very convenient location to downtown Lawton and a nice drive to our cemetery in Elgin.

Very Welcoming
We arrived to Fort Sill for our son’s graduation. We wanted a place to spend time with him and relax. This home allowed all of that. It was very clean! I loved that we were able to cook for our soldier while he was able to relax and enjoy a movie. We had the space to sit and enjoy time together. It is located close to Fort Sill, about 15 minutes, if that. There is a gas station, grocery store and dollar store a couple minutes away. The host is amazing to communicate with and is very responsive. The host provides a very clean and inviting atmosphere and we were thankful for that.
