“The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located nearby the Chapel of Notre Dame. The lady (the owner) explains us the route in details and later in the evening she helps us to book an extremely nice yet local restaurant nearby. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay. ”

“This is beautiful and quirky hotel in an old part of the town centre of Souillac. Owners appeared to be welcoming and charismatic. Lady owner communicates in English if struggling to speak in French. Rooms presented to be very nice and clean, while beds very comfortable. Bathroom appeared to be clean but would benefit from a little renovation. There is shower in the bathtub but no rail to attach it, which was a little bit inconvenient. “La situation de l'hôtel est un atout certain ainsi que ses nombreuses aménités. Nous avons en effet été témoins de certains problèmes rapportés dans d'autres commentaires comme la prise qui se détache. La chambre était petite, mais propre et les lits confortables. La dame au comptoir était charmante et vraiment aidante. Le sentiment est celui d'un village vacances qui souffre d'un certain vieillissement, mais notre expérience a été très bonne. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, mission accomplie.”

“The host was very friendly and helpful. The room is nicely decorated and cleans with very comfortable mattress and pillows. Sadly, we didn't get a chance to use the pool, as it is only open from 4pm to 7pm.”

We paid 12€ each for breakfast which was well worth the money. Woke to a small market right outside the hotel which was a lovely bonus. Overall value for money it was spot on.
