While checking in the worker was busy talking to another worker instead of checking us in. He then gave us room keys without telling us what room we were in or how to find it. We then arrived to our room to find hair all over the bathroom, no batteries in the smoke detector, and the air conditioner not working. We called down to the front desk to switch rooms to receive no answer.

We reserved a room for 3 people. We were given 2 towels to shower with. There was no fan or ability to air out the room (other than leaving the window open all night). There isn’t even a fan in the bathroom. Showers are very stuffy. The shower curtain doesn’t cover the shower enough to stop water from going all over the floor. The drain in the tub wouldn’t stay open. We had to pry it open with our personal silverware. We stayed 2 nights. When we went back to the room the 2nd night, the cleaning crew hadn’t even closed the door all the way.

Property is right next to a huge highway. 10 lanes. I was given a room right next to it. When I requested another room, they told me they were fully booked. Couldn’t sleep a wink.

I killed no less that 7 wasps in my window that I never opened so they were already in the room when I checked in.. Freeway noise was very loud. I was supposed to have a non smoking room but it smelled like a smoker had been in it, or it was some other smell. Lots of leaves at the bottom of the pool.

Everything was good. It would be great if there was a fridge and microwave in the rooms though. To keep our drinks cold and maybe a late night snack. Other than that our stay was great.
