“We loved everything about this property! The location was ideal for walking around and exploring and the level of detail, quality and guest service was outstanding and definitely 5 Star! From Marta, the self-confessed cat lover bar manager to Larissa the effortlessly effervescent hostess to Sonia the ever consummate fine hotel manager and Vanessa the pleasant and slightly sardonic bar tender, the staff were all equal parts charisma and efficiency, and both in good measure. Can’t say enough about the way the staff made us……

“Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days. They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist. The stain on the comforter is always there until I put the changing card under the stain and they changed it the last night before we left lol. And the bed sheet and pillow case are still unchanged with our hairs on. Shame. Breakfast is a joke, every morning is the same. EXACTLY……

“stay in superior room. Room is clean and price reasonable. At mountain top, take tram 28 and the stop is near to the hotel. Always full on Sunday, better to book in advance. ”

“The hotel team are excellent - always smiling and kind. The receptionists were very helpful in recommending places and provided adaptors for our chargers. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably. The restaurant barmen, provided ice and also pot of hot water for us to bring into our room as a solution. luckily there is an outdoor garden seating……

“Great location, just walking distance to the metro and tram stations. Breakfast buffet didn’t have many choices but everything was good. Really appreciate they provide the water in glass bottle instead of plastic ones. This will be my top choice to stay if I visit Lisbon again!”

“We were staying in room 106 which was a few stairs below the actual 1/F, that means you might need to carry your luggage going down the stairs. Luckily the staff was helpful who would help you. The first day we checked in, finding that there was no kettle I. The room and reception told us that the kettle would be ready in day 2 which was quite random!”
