Just think- tip out onto the beach, picnic or visit one of the small huts dotted along the promenade for tapas . NO HASSLE, NO CAR, no heavy bags to carry. Enjoy cooking local fish outside and unwind with sun on the terrace from mid morning

Our apartments are ideal for romantic couples, cocktails at the ready, families from toddlers to teenagers or just plain romantics like us, Imagine just a 2 minute stroll to the beach ,watching little ones dig sandcastles or for those teenagers will enjoy the kite surfing, gentle biking along the promenade for an ice cream or just sunbathing and laying in late!
We do not charge for air conditioning, family pack - babies cots, high chair all are complimentary, after all why should babies pay extra.FREE WIFI......
Change over day - we are very flexible having a young family ourselves, so you are welcome to stay until your flight is due if we do not have clients coming in that overlap. IF WE DO we can assist with a secure place for cases and relax until its time using our complimentary beach towels, get changed when ready downstairs in our separate room.NO COST

2022 - February Half term Feedback from Repeat Guests - Livingstone family
We were blessed with a wonderful week’s weather - unlike the UK! - and it was great to see Los Alcazares looking in such good shape. We did wonder what effect the pandemic might have had but the cafes all seemed well patronised and there was a nice mix of Spanish people, expats and visitors. The promenade was the cleanest we’ve ever seen it and we think they were using minor offenders community service to do morning clean ups. Seems like a smart idea!
We enjoyed eating out and it’s a pleasant reminder of how much cheaper it is than here! Marea was as good as 2 years ago and we had dinner there twice. Spinosa remains a firm family favourite and we even managed to get there in time for dinner the night we arrived.
We stayed mainly local as the walking round the bay in the sunshine and stopping at cafes was such a tonic. We love Cafe Alaska at the far end and I also enjoyed sitting in the early morning sun at La Sirena with a coffee and fresh orange juice!
We did do one trip to Puerto de Mazzaron where there are great lunch restaurants by the marina and a great variety of beaches. Only 45 mins to get there and we’ll worth it.
My son and I played golf for the 1st time (at Roda) and, as always, myself and the kids played mini golf at the industrial estate off the Torre Pacheco road. It’s well worth including in your information material and is 10 mins drive from the apartment.
Everything in the apartment was working fine and was just as we remembered it. It felt such a long time since we were there but we settled in immediately. I left shopping money + extra for Fabiola and we switched the boiler off when leaving.
Having returned to wet and windy weather we are already thinking about going back next February so you will probably hear from me again soon!
