A grand old dame needs a bit of love
"Beautiful place bit dated needs an uplift can't believe there was no rail in the bathroom to get in out of the shower water wasn't very hot and we couldn't lock our door so kept waking up did tell the reception next day she apologized and said she would check the door."

"Joe would go out of his way to help me print some documents and drop them off. He’s there within the hour if there’s any leakage, no matter how small. But the best is Susan who tends to all of your needs! She makes the apartment smell amazing in an instant. She spoils us with a basket full of biscuits ..."
