Stayed for two nights after arriving to Luton airport and waiting to go to Heathrow for my next flight. Staff is really attentive and the breakfast and all day coffee availability is great. The mall next door made the wait pass faster. Would stay again if I arrive to Luton airport and need a few nights before I continue with my travels.

A good hotel near the train station

Difficult to find the entrance using google maps on foot from the Train Station. Close to all amenities, busy hotel but fit for purpose in a short stay.

Great Stay – Clean, Convenient, and Affordable The hotel was very clean and perfectly located—close to the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent value for the price. Other guests very noisy all night.

Modern Hotel in Old City

This was a beautiful modern hotel. It is located next to a mall entrance that leads down to the central square of the town. The hotel is about two blocks from the train station and it is a nice walk to get there. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I really like this hotel, is less than 10 min walk from Luton Station Interchange. The hotel is next door to Luton Point, where are many restaurants and other places to eat, or shopping. The staff at reception is very welcoming, polite and professional. The room and bathroom were very clean, spotless. The bed was really comfy, I had a very good sleep. The breakfast was very good, there were pancakes, I love pancakes. I will be back to this place, as I like it.

Sufficient base for day trips

For the purpose, staying relatively cheaply and use it as a base for day trips (by car outside Luton), the hotel was sufficient (clean and OK breakfast). However, we feel that Hotels.com stated several things that were not correct: 1) The room did not have AC (possibly temporarily broken), 2) the room was not cleaned during the stay (4 days) and 3) parking was not included in the room but there were about 20 spaces in about 150 rooms (however, the hotel solved this by allowing us to park next to the reception.

Cleanest ever hotel room I have stayed in. Spotless. We had trouble finding the entrance doorway, the reception was noisy (noises echoing made it worse). Dining room and food laid out for breakfast and the tables and seating were separated by the reception desks and the route to the door and lifts. Poor design. Such a shame as the staff were very helpful.
