“Listing showed map at 4 blocks from the beach it was actually longer. If Gulf Blvd is st #1, house is at st #9, about 7 or 8 blocks. Definitely doable, but not what I was told by host or site. House was livable, but it had an ant problem and roaches, the air conditioning in most of the rooms was not cold enough. The one room that has king size bed with bathroom was an oven all the time especially at night. Site includes a grill as an amenity, but the grill was falling to pieces when I contacted……

“Close to beach for sunset walks, thanks for the beach chairs in the closet. Easy to get to Johns Pass for restaurants, bars and ice cream. Small space but worked for our needs”
