Delightfully unique 3BR waterfront home with an abundance of natural light. The warmth of the wood throughout the house gives this special house a place to call your very own "Chalet by the Beach". From the high vaulted ceilings and windows everywhere to let in the tropical feel, it just says relaxation from top to bottom. This waterfront home features a private pier, heated, screened-in pool. This luxury vacation home is stocked with everything you need so you can relax and enjoy the island.

***The property did not sustain any damage from Hurricane Ian. We have already hosted several guests since the Hurricane.***

Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperature

Very Nice Waterfront Property! We spent more time in the pool than we imagined as well - so relaxing. TV's were a little tough to navigate - but that's not what we came down for anyway. We would both love to come back and highly recommend this lovely home.

Our stay
Overall it was a really nice place to stay. For the most part it was clean and tidy. Windows could use some washing. The place really needs a coffee maker instead of a one cup Keuring. all the adults drinks coffee so it was little annoying. Otherwise we would stay here again.
