“Writing from Dec 2022. Just had a stay here, with our family, and it was excellent. Ricardo's is a house in a very nice location in Varadero, situated between (and a few blocks away from each) 1st avenue and the Autopista. Walking distance to both the main Varadero beach to the north of the house. Walking distance to the mall with an amusement park to the south. Yet no big auto traffic around the house! “No Wi-Fi, contrary to the advertisement in hotels.com. There is a Wi-Fi connection, but you need an internet card to gain access. And even the Wi-Fi connection, you have to ask for it. It was not pro offered. The pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable. The second bad, the equivalent of a cot, had a sagging mattress. It provided a terrible sleep. The breakfast is $5 American per person and includes coffee, eggs, with or without ham and cheese, and toast. The back patio area allows for……
