“Overall this property was just fine; it has the basics and it did work for our family. It is a little rough around the edges and would benefit from some work. With that extra work (redoing bathroom, refinishing floors, painting) this house would be a real gem.”

“The house was immaculate and the neighborhood was peaceful. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed dining on the back deck, using the firepit at night and cooking in the well supplied kitchen. My husband even got to explore the pond using one of the kayaks. Overall fantastic experience.”

“Wonderful location and property. it is in a quiet neighborhood located on a waterfront. We had a great time on the water in the kayaks and spending time with family in the area. This was our second time at this cottage and plan to book it again. The immediate location has many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. It is also very close to the I-93 and I-495 highways which make it easy to travel to Boston or Maine from this location.”

“We used this house as a base for a for a week long Mother-Daughter-Granddaughter get together. The large kitchen (actually 2 of them) and gathering rooms were perfect for entertaining as well as the huge deck. We had a cook-out one day and had around 22 people popping in and out. There was plenty of parking, and it was nice that we put two cars in the garage.The weather was a bit cool, so we only got to use the peddle boat once - and didn't use the kayaks, but the pond was beautiful - and the……

“This was a perfect place to stay for a girls' weekend with my mother and cousins. Anna is a fabulous and responsive host, and the house is absolutely gorgeous! Well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, with so many thoughtful touches scattered throughout. We were in the area for a bridal shower but I would come back here just to spend a few days of pure relaxation in this idyllic setting. Cozy, charming, and positively delightful. Hope to be back someday!”
