Come stay at this beautiful end unit Springs condo & enjoy the views of the mountains and the valley. This Townhome style condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths on the lower level, (975 sq.ft.) and sleeps 6 adults. It features large beds, beautiful furnishings, including a memory foam sleeper sofa and luxury amenities - open kitchen w/ all utensils, linens, washer & dryer, flat screen TVs, foosball table, cable, wireless internet, and a two car garage.

Please call the office to ensure this property has Cable TV or Streaming only or both.

This condo is located in the heart of Mesquite within a few minutes of 7 championship golf courses and 3 casinos. It is approximately a one hour drive to Las Vegas and only 35 miles to St George, UT. The Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Zion National Park are wonderful day trip options.

Cozy Mesquite NV 2 bedroom condo
Very comfortable, easy to get everywhere, close to Casablamca casino and spa. Very enjoyable condo. Had a few issues with hot water but they were promptly fixed.

Great Condo Kids loved Foosball Table
The condo is very lovely and in a great location. Right across from a park with a playground. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our kids loved playing with foosball table. The only issue we had was when we turned on the hot water it had a terrible sulfur smell that permeated throughout the condo. We called the property manager and they were quick to respond, but we were told it was an issue with the HOA and there was nothing to do about it. Hopefully that was an isolated incidence because the smell was horrible and lasted most of the stay.
