“Property was great; spacious, clean and close to Canal Street and the French Quarter. Game Room and ice machine were awesome and the building was secure. ”

“The jazz duet suites were the perfect size for our group of 5. The grounds of the property were very nice with lots of seating and the hot tub! The rooms were very clean and it was only about a 10-15 minute walk from anywhere we wanted to go in the French quarter.”

“The hous was very clean, as well as the furniture. The size of thouse is great. There are all the essentials such as dishes. It is 6 minutes drive away from fench quarter.; I recommend this property 👌”

“The actual 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, the location of the property was safe and close to many restaurants…. What I didn’t like and actually it may not even be anything Sonder can do about it, but the trash dumpster was filled to the max and garbage bags on the ground was too close to the stairwell that leads to the Sonder apartments and it smelled real bad in 100 degree temperature…. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.”

“I loved the cleanliness of the place and also the privacy and security. My complaints maybe the shower water could have hotter and the mattress a tap less firm. Other than tho i still rate it 5/5”

“Booked last minute as my family was also staying at the property- it was a pretty solid hotel experience especially for the money. The hallways are kinda weird and my room didnt have any windows which was also odd but the room was massive and up to date. Not perfectly clean but pretty good. For the rate I got, I would definitely stay again ”

“I really loved this property...the location, the decor was spot on. Awesome to have 3 bedrooms available, and so much better than a traditional hotel. My only complaint is that it was very difficult to enter the building with the keypad entry. They were having trouble with the Wifi, which might have been out of their control, but it also left guests locked out of the building. One day they closed up the bar downstairs so there was no way to enter that way either. The phone number in the email……

Streetcar line steps from the door making getting around very easy. We do not use much of the on site amenities but location is awesome. Many other excellent restaurants nearby or a streetcar ride away. ”

“This is a fantastic place to stay and soak up the New Orleans vibes without being so close to never ending party that is the quarter. The property, building, and most importantly the room was very clean and appears to be well maintained. My wife and I enjoyed opening the windows and relaxing in our room each day after returning from our excursions into the city. The street car and bus lines are within an easy walking distance. “Super nice apartment. Beds were comfy. The high ceilings were beautiful. Only issue was the keypad didn't work when we got there and had to call to get the code reset. Also they only provided 4 towels so when we requested more it took a few hours for them to be delivered. The street is a little loud but we expected that due to it being Mardi Gras weekend. The location is great. Would most definitely stay again!”

“Great location and reasonable price, although there is no front desk people, the online chat is nice and efficient. The only problem is no place to store luggage temporarily. The check out time is 10AM, if you have a late afternoon flight, that will be very troublesome. Since there is lots of space in the first floor, I suggest them to place some coin lockers for the guests. Overall, it is a nice place and I will consider to stay there again.”
